Quick update for all K-lovers: apply this patch to xine-lib and enjoy PulseAudio in Amarok and other KDE apps without stability issues. It's a race-free rework of Diego's original patch.

I've put it on the agenda for tomorrow's KDE SIG meeting.

Currently, we use ALSA with the PA ALSA plugin as the default in Phonon because the old native xine-lib PA plugin was just too unreliable.

It's committed to xine-lib and on track for 1.1.12 release.
